I had made applesauce-oatmeal-raisin mini-muffins, a slight adoption of Joy the Baker's recipe for applesauce-oatmeal-blueberry muffins. 
For whatever reason, I love my muffins to be mini. In my head, mini = cute. :)-Sonia

Eep, I should've gotten this up FOREVER ago...
'Kay, so my laptop was really screwed up for the past 2 weeks, so I couldn't upload any pictures from my camera to the internet, so this is probably 2-3 weeks late (this picture, and the meaning of this entire post...). 
I had made applesauce-oatmeal-raisin mini-muffins, a slight adoption of Joy the Baker's recipe for applesauce-oatmeal-blueberry muffins. 
For whatever reason, I love my muffins to be mini. In my head, mini = cute. :)
